324523 - Enterprise CCTV Solution - Supply, Implementation, Migration and Support

This RFP is issued by the University of Waikato (referred to below as the “Buyer”, “we” or “us”). The University invites Respondents to propose how they will supply, implement, migrate to, and support an enterprise CCTV and video management solution across its Hamilton and Tauranga campuses and associated NZ only sites. The University also invites Respondents to propose value-added services that will enhance the capability, efficiency, resilience and future scalability of the solution, including ongoing support, optimisation, technology lifecycle management, training, advisory services and other services that may provide additional value to the University. Respondents are encouraged to identify innovative solutions, services and opportunities that will support the University’s current and future CCTV requirements and maximise the value and effectiveness of the investment over the solution lifecycle.
