This is a Contract Award Notice. Provision of ServiceNow licences for the following modules: • ITOM Visibility V2 • ITSM Standard Fulfiller User V3 • Business Stakeholder User V4 • Integration Hub Starter V4 (transactions) • Impact Guided V3 Package • Standard ServiceNow vendor support and maintenance offerings. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). The contract is awarded for an initial period of 36 months with option to extend for a further 12 months. Amendment 20/01/2026 - Contract Value amended to include VAT.
