A value contract variation 001 took place on 29th July 2025 - to provide 2 additional use cases to be delivered by Govforms for MRC OSF by Sunday, 31st August 2025, utilisting the Govforms Digital Service Builder. A value only contract variation 002 has been added to this contract to provide testing resource and expertise by Govforms platform to support testing of SDP services.
