NZNeuseeland·Auftraggeber: Electoral Commission

RFQ Digital Communications

Zuschlag erteilt·17 Dez. 2025

The General Election is one of New Zealand's largest public events and relies on highly capable and experienced suppliers to support the Electoral Commission in delivering this increasingly complex and logistically challenging event. The Electoral Commission wishes to engage a suitably experienced and capable Supplier to provide trusted email and SMS campaign capabilities for the lead-up to 2026 General Election. The objective is to have a single Supplier for both services so that workflow and intelligence between the channels can be leveraged to reach the best possible audience. The Supplier will be contracted for one year with the intention of going to a future RFP for wider digital communications guided by a modernisation strategy. We will be holding an open supplier briefing session via Teams at 11am on 30 September 2025. Please email tenders@elections.govt.nz to register for this event. Registrations close 15 minutes prior to the start of the briefing session. Please subscribe to this notice to access the RFQ and requirements documentation.
