Neuseeland·Auftraggeber: New Zealand Lotteries CommissionLotto NZ Retail Digital Signage
Lotto New Zealand is seeking information from the market on digital signage solutions to support its nationwide retail network of over 1,100 outlets. The RFI is intended to build an understanding of available technologies, service models, and commercial approaches to inform a potential future procurement. The scope covers the end-to-end digital signage ecosystem, including screens and hardware, content management software, analytics, installation, and ongoing support. Lotto NZ is particularly interested in scalable solutions that can adapt to different store formats and improve customer experience. Suppliers are asked to outline delivery and operating models, such as managed services or subscription-based approaches, and provide indicative commercial structures and cost drivers. The RFI also seeks insight into implementation considerations, lifecycle management, sustainability, and opportunities for innovation. Overall, this RFI is a market-sounding exercise designed to explore modern, flexible, and future-ready digital signage options, and to support development of a business case for any subsequent procurement activity.
