Supply and installation of incinerators

Supply, deliver,install, test,commission and handover a complete batch pyrolytic medical waste incinerator, capacity 30-50 kg/hrs complete with primary and secondary chambers.The incinerator shall be designed to achieve efficient combustion with minimum smoke emission through a two-chamber controlled combustion process with capacity of 30-50kg/hrs and operation temperature of primary chamber 900-1200 centigrade while secondary chamber 1100-1300 centigrade, Primary chamber size inner size L 1 × w 1 × H 1=(1m3) and outer plate 6mm ms sheet while secondary chamber size inner 500 × 500 mm outer plate 6mm ms sheet with a chimney size of stainless steel pipe 9m × 300mm and a fuel consumption of 15 Litres/ all burner active hours with tank capacity of 70 Litres.
